TACA is a strong advocate for the Arts.
We participate in several activites throughout TN to ensure our mission to "encourage, develop, and promote craft" is met and supported at the state and federal level.
We encourage our members and supporters to join our efforts by sharing their TACA Stories with us. We, in turn, share these with our legislators.

Story Spotlight: Brenda Stein

In Brenda's words...
I started out in TACA as a member, served on committees, became our chapter Vice President,
and am currently serving as our chapter’s Co-President. I’ve interacted with numerous arts
organizations across the state in those roles. As an advocate for the arts, I’ve had the
opportunity to personally thank legislators of the Arts Caucus and meet people from a wide
array of TAC supported groups from all over the state.
